Bancgroup Mortgage offers interest only options on both our ARM products as well as our fixed-rate mortgages.  An interest only mortgage allows the borrower to pay off interest for an initial period. Then after the interest only period, the borrower makes payments that include principal and interest for the remainder of the loan term. Keeping payments lower for the initial interest only period.
